Changes to UK visa Services

From 01 December 2008, applicants are required to apply on-line.  At the same time they will be given an appointment to lodge their application, deposit supporting documents, pay the appropriate fee and have their finger-scans taken at the UKBA Visa Application Centre (located at the British Embassy in Luanda). The British Embassy in Luanda will no longer admit callers who have not pre-booked an appointment. Read more...

Mondays to Thursday - from 08:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 16:30
Fridays - from 08:30 to 13:00
Local time = GMT+1

In the event of a real consular emergency out of hours please contact the Embassy on the main switchboard numbers. Your call will be answered by a security officer who will transfer it to the duty officer. This out of hours service is for British Citizens requiring urgent assistance only and is not a general enquiry line. All non emergency and general enquiry calls should be made to the Embassy during normal office hours.
